Improv for Life Skills

When you hear the word “improv” what do you think of?

Did you think of theatrical improv like “Whose Line is It Anyway?

Improv is much more than that.

Improv is when something is performed, unplanned or created spontaneously.

It requires imagination, confidence and trusting the people you’re working with, and helps you say “yes, and…” to build something collectively or move forward individually.

Improv is a life skill that can help you in any situation – builds many skills like creativity, spontaneity, connection, team building, storytelling, listening, communication, thinking quickly, staying calm in stressful situations, building confidence, taking risks and getting out of your comfort zone.

Improv can be trained in many ways. In our workshops, we use a variety of techniques and art forms to build these essential skills while making you feel like you are taking a creative break from your chaotic days.
