My Creative Break’s Refund Policy
Some programs and events require a minimum number of participants. If a program does not reach the minimum number of participants 48 hours before it begins, it may be cancelled by My Creative Break. If you are already registered (and have paid) for a program that is cancelled, your whole registration amount will be refunded.
Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund up until 48 hours before the scheduled event. Refunds will not be issued for registration cancellations within 48 hours before the event begins.
If a participant wishes to withdraw from longer programs like The Artist’s Way group and the Accountability Program, they will be issued a partial refund based on how much of the program they have completed. There will not be any refund (partial or full) once they have completed 50% of the program.
